Thoughts are with the Fat Freddy's Drop family with the sudden passing of the legend that is Mu - aka founding member Chris Faiumu.

Fat Freddy's are one of the founding headliners of this festival, headlining R&V in the summer of 2005, coming in hot off the massive success of Based on a True Story. Kiwis attending the festival that year would have fond memories of driving through the gorge listening to Wandering Eye, Roady, Ernie, the whole album. So many bangers. So many memories.

Enjoy this moment from their performance at R&V 2020. Their Europe tour was cancelled due to COVID, so we were blessed to have the sounds of Fat Freddy's return to Waiohika once more.
