IN-HOUSE DESIGNER + MARKETING ASSISTANT
Do you want to pull together the next Rhythm and Vines festival lineup poster? Can you visualise and develop concert and tour posters that pop and social imagery that sells? Festival merch, bar signage, marketing collateral, brand collaborations, sponsorship proposals, if these things fire you up we would love to hear from you.
We are looking for someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with proven ability to finish tasks and work under pressure. Comfortable working with direction or autonomously, our ideal candidate will be focused, show initiative, be able to work to brand style guides (or comfortably create their own) and have exceptional attention to detail.
To be successful in this role candidates will need a degree level tertiary qualification in graphic design and a high degree of competency in the Adobe Creative Suite. It would be advantageous if you have experience with video editing or photography.
Key to success in this role will be your eye for exciting visual design, excellent communication skills and ability to relate well to a range of personalities. The Marketing Assistant role includes a range of administrative duties from digital ad placements, ticketing, event management through to coffee and office duties.

Annual Salary $38,000-$40,000
12 Month Contract Role
