The presale for R&V2020 was huge, with all of the popular campgrounds selling out prior to the General Public. Therefore, we can't stress enough that if you want to get your ticket sorted for Rhythm and Vines, you need to get prepared for presale.

Below are the details to get you sorted for R&V2021 Presale, which starts on January 18.

VODAFONE 48 HOUR PRESALE‍

We are stoked to announce that the Vodafone 48 Hour Presale will be available exclusively for Vodafone customers again on Monday, January 18 2021 from Midday. Vodafone customers will be given preferential access, and simply need to login to their Vodafone Rewards account and will be provided with their unique code to purchase their Rhythm and Vines 2021 presale ticket.

Registered Rhythm and Vines customers will be provided with a 48 Hour window to purchase their tickets to R&V2021 on Wednesday, January 20 2021 from Midday. Top point scorer will win a 4 Person Glamping Package, plus the top 5000 gain a 2 Hour headstart before everyone else in the presale.

GENERAL PUBLIC ONSALE

All remaining tickets will be released for sale on Friday, January 22 2021 midday.

We encourage everyone to get involved with the presale as last year a majority of all campgrounds will sell out during the presale. A small allocation of General Admission tickets will be reserved for the General Public Onsale, however, the popular campgrounds will sell out during presale. You have been warned.

Information for Point of Purchase

1. Names Required on All Tickets - As with every year, the name on the ticket needs to match the ID presented at the festival checkin. So please ensure you put the name on the ticket of the person who will be attending the festival. Resale fees apply for any changes.
2. No Refund Policy - The festival has a strict No Refund Policy. However, should you no longer be able to make the festival, you will be able to list your ticket for resale for an admin fee of $12.50. Once sold for the Capped Resale Price, you will be refunded the amount you purchased for, less the original Moshtix Booking Fee per Ticket.
3. Resale Opens When Tickets Sell Out - Resale is only available once tickets have sold out.
4. No upgrades available. Please buy your required ticket now. If you are required to upgrade to Camping, Vintage Club VIP etc, you will need to sell your old ticket via Resale and Re-Purchase your required ticket. Resale Costs apply.
5. Bookatent packages in Meadow, Rhythm and Bass Camp include your very own pre-setup tent. These packages can only be listed for resale as a whole package (Moshtix Resale fees apply). Individual tickets can not be listed or onsold. Name Changes of individual tickets can be done via BOOKATENT. A $30 admin and card processing fee applies.
6. Accommodation Packages purchased from Rhythmandvines.co.nz/packages are not available via Moshtix Resale. Packages are non-refundable, however, should you no longer be able to make it, you can relist your package for sale. Once resold, you will be refunded less an admin fee of $250. Names within a package can be changed for free up until November 30.
7. Tickets Suppressed - Physical PDF tickets will be sent out to ticketholders until November 30.
