The team at Rhythm and Vines have been working hard on debriefing the 2018 event and have moved well into planning stages for the party of the decade. With ticket sales at record levels, the festival is heading quickly towards another sell out.
Below is some key information from the team to keep you excited and up-to-date on all things Rhythm.
Mid and Bass Camp sold out within days of tickets going onsale in January. And our largest and most popular campground Treble Camp is looking to be sold out in the coming week which is crazy. Other popular campsites such as Sundown, Rhythm and Premium Camp are also filling up fast, so if you want to get into your favourite campsite alongside your mates, best get in quick. You can’t beat the onsite camping experience amongst the vines of Waiohika Estate.
For those looking for that something more, Glamping packages are selling faster than ever and will be sold out earlier than previous years, as well as the popular 2 Person Tepee and Prem-Tent packages. These packages all include access to Premium Showers and toilets located with Premium Camping. And offsite Hotel and Motel packages are nearly all but gone.

Does Premium Camp include your tent?
No, a 3 Day Vintage Club Premium Pass + Premium Camp ticket doesn’t include your tent. It does include access to Premium Camping facilities such as nicer showers and toilets and a bit more space than General camping. People have been getting confused with our Prem-Tent package which DOES include a Pre-Set up tent within our Premium Campground.
How can I upgrade my ticket?
There have been a few queries lately on how to upgrade your ticket to include camping or Vintage Club VIP if you have already purchased your 3 Day GA Festival Pass. Should you wish to upgrade, you will be required to re-purchase your desired ticket (including Camping or VIP, e.g. 3 Day GA Festival Pass + Treble Camp). Once done, let our customer service team know and they will refund your initial ticket back to the credit card it was purchased on.
If looking to upgrade to an accommodation package (i.e. Tepee, Hotel, Motel etc) and you already have your ticket. Again, purchase your desired package. During the checkout process, it will ask for details around your initial ticket purchased. Our Premium Services team will refund your initial ticket and allocate your new tickets which are included within the package.
Please note, if you purchased earlybird priced tickets earlier in the year, we will honour the discounted price that you paid. Once you have paid the full price of the new ticket, again contact our customer services team and they will arrange for a refund on the difference between your Earlybird priced ticket and the new ticket purchased.
